Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of gliomas extend across all disciplines of neuro-oncology. The goal of this course is to provide an update to the audience on the latest developments in tumor biology, molecular diagnosis, imaging techniques and novel therapies. The evolving role of neurosurgeons in clinical trials for brain tumors will also be discussed.
