Henri Lorach (PhD) is assistant Professor in Brain Computer Interface and Neuroprosthetics at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). His work focusses on bi-directional BCIs and in particular the use of brain-controlled spinal cord stimulation to restore motor function after spinal cord injury.
Prof. Lorach was trained in mathematics and physics at Ecole Polytechnique (France) and conducted his doctoral work in Neuroscience at the Vision Institute (France) on prosthetic vision.
