Tiffany Buchert, PA-C, is a neurosurgery physician assistant in the NeuroICU at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her master's at the University of the Sciences, now St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and has been working for over 7 years in all aspects of Neurosurgical care. When not engaged in clincial duties, she strives to create quality educational opportunites for her peers and colleagues. She currently leads the annual critical care skills day for the hospital's Advanced Practice Education Committee, developing didactic materials and skills workshops for all ICU level advanced providers. She also heads the NeuroICU's emergency equipment education committee to provide on-the-unit review and practice for high-yield code equipment and is responsible for APP recrutiment and engagement for the unit's In-Situ Simulation team. She has lectured at Penn and Thomas Jefferson University's Physician Assistant program.
