My name is Himanshu Dashora and I am an aspiring physician-scientist (MD-PhD candidate at Case Western/Cleveland Clinic) interested in the intersection between biomedical engineering and stem cell biology. Currently, I am researching the Glioblastoma Stem Cell niche using techniques in computational genomics. I have worked with brilliant scientific mentors in the US and India through Johns Hopkins, the NIH Intramural Research Training Award, and the Fulbright Scholarship; I aim to follow in their footsteps to become a Principal Investigator myself while maintaining a clinical practice treating brain tumors. My other interests lie in medical device and biotech entrepreneurship.
