Peter Grace, PhD is Associate Professor and Chair ad interim of the Department of Symptom Research at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. The Grace laboratory investigates neuroinflammatory mechanisms of chronic pain and its control. Dr. Grace completed graduate training in pharmacology at the University of Adelaide, Australia, and a NHMRC CJ Martin postdoctoral fellowship in neuroimmunology at the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Grace has received awards from the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, the Rita Allen Foundation, and the PsychoNeuroImmunology Research Society, and his work is funded through the NIH, Department of Defense, and industry partnerships.
