Nader Sanai, MD is the J.N. Harber Professor of Neurological Surgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute and also holds the Francis & Dionne Najafi Chair in Neurosurgical Oncology. His specialty neurosurgical practice is devoted to patients with benign and malignant brain tumors, particularly those in high-risk brain regions. He also directs the Ivy Brain Tumor Center, a not-for-profit drug development program specializing in pharmacokinetic- and pharmacodynamic-driven clinical trials for patients with brain cancer. Dr. Sanai has authored more than 300 peer-reviewed publications and delivered over 200 national and international lectures in neurosurgical oncology.
