Advanced Practice Providers are an integral part of the neurosurgical team by providing care in all sectors of neurosurgery. This session provides APP's with the tools and knowledge to navigate the changing needs of integrated team approach to patient care Facilitators present a wide range of hard hitting topics offering a platform for the audience to discuss hot topics with APP leaders and receive applicable take home lessons. The following topics are comprehensively covered through presentations, panel discussions and attendee engagement games.

Describe differences in APP roles within private practice, academic, and hospitals
Identify cynical and radiographic features
Define salary vs. productivity compensation
Explain coding considerations including peer-to-peer calls for MRI's for Gamma Knife SRS and biologics for surgery
