Medical Student
Department of Neurosurgery, State University of Ponta Grossa, ParanĂ¡, Brazil
I am Leonardo de Barros Oliveira, a driven Medical Student hailing from the prestigious State University of Ponta Grossa. Passionate about advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care, my academic journey has been marked by a fervent pursuit of excellence in neurovascular surgery, hydrocephalus, and endovascular surgery.
Furthermore, I have a keen interest in meta-analysis and evidence-based medicine. Recognizing the importance of sound research in shaping medical practice, I am committed to contributing to the growing body of knowledge in these areas, with the ultimate goal of enhancing patient outcomes and advancing the field as a whole.
My journey in medicine began at the tender age of 17 when I embarked at a renowned institution in the South of Brazil. Since then, I have immersed myself in the rigors of medical education, continually striving to excel academically and professionally. In addition to my academic pursuits, I am proud to serve as a co-founder of the MB research group, where I collaborate with like-minded peers to conduct cutting-edge research and drive meaningful change in the medical community.
