My name is Mikias Negussie, I'm a third-year medical student at UCSF working with Dr. Hervey-Jumper on in-silico modeling of proteins in invasive glioma. So far in medical school, I have worked on modeling a protein-protein interaction in glioma with high functional connectivity to the rest of the brain. I have also had the opportunity to learn more about awake language mapping and how we can improve stimuli to match the computational fidelity of glioma infultrated cortex.
