Alexandra Demetriou, MA is a medical student at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She is a member of the Mack Laboratory at the Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute of USC where she conducts research on neuroinflammation in cerebrovascular disease, with a particular focus on the neurotoxic impact of environmental exposures to air pollution in the setting of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.
