Dario Englot, MD, PhD is the Director of Functional Neurosurgery and the Surgical Director of Epilepsy at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is also Associate Professor of Neurological Surgery, Neurology, Radiology, Computer and Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt. Dr. Englot leads an active translational research lab, which studies brain network dysfunction in epilepsy and other neurological disorders using human neuroimaging and electrophysiology techniques. He also serves in leadership roles in societies including the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE), the American Association for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (ASSFN), and the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS).
