Rithvik Ramesh, BA is a second-year medical student at the UCSF School of Medicine. He completed his undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Neuroscience. In the Wang Lab at UCSF, he uses signal processing and machine learning tools to elucidate cortical-pallidal oscillatory biomarkers of movement state in patients with Parkinson’s Disease for use in adaptive deep brain stimulation architecture.
