Jacob L. Goldberg, MD, is a chief resident in neurosurgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He is clinically focused on minimally invasive and complex open spine surgery. His basic science and clinical research interests include biological disc repair and regeneration, minimally invasive techniques using intraoperative computer assisted navigation, intraoperative augmented reality, and endoscopy. His research interests also include enhanced recovery after surgery, quality, and patient safety. At NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center he is a vice chair of the House Staff Quality Council and a member of the Department of Neurosurgery Quality and Patient Safety Committee.
